We developed our Design Visualization process to support designers in creating custom furniture.
This highly collaborative approach begins by identifying key design features and evaluating them through the lens of a furniture manufacturer. Using 3D study models and sketches, we provide practical feedback on manufacturability, construction, durability, and cost.
We know the details matter, which becomes even more crucial when developing custom furniture for the upscale and luxury segment. The design team at Dianna Wong Architecture and Interior Design provided detailed line drawings for their multi-functional dresser desk unit. We used 3D models to study and ensure important design details would work with essential functions, resulting in a final product that is a perfect blend of beauty and form.
Sage Hospitality had a bold vision for creating a unique guest experience at the Catbird Hotel. Designed by DLR Group, the Loft Bed concept stood as the centerpiece of the room, featuring pull-out storage and tabletops. CF Kent created 3D models and worked closely with the DLR design team to develop critical design and construction details. This collaborative effort ensured a smooth transition from concept to reality.
