College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center sits right at the edge of the University of Maryland campus — a full-service conference hotel that just came through a top-to-bottom guestroom renovation.
HVS Design reworked the rooms around a warm, collegiate-modern palette: deep forest green, cognac leather, blackened steel, and playful brushstroke murals that give each room personality. The result reads more boutique than big-box — considered, tactile, and built for the daily rhythm of a campus hotel that never fully slows down.
CF Kent built the casegoods and seating across the guestrooms and suites. The headboard sets the tone — a channel-tufted olive that provides a pop of color against the brushstroke wall mural. Accompanied by light-oak nightstands, an upholstered bed base, and a media wall unit that folds the desk, closet, and storage into one uninterrupted run.
For the suites, we provided additional seating and casegoods, including accent tables, lounge chairs, sofas, and consoles. Every piece is custom-built for hospitality — finishes and joinery detailed to look sharp on opening day and hold that line through thousands of check-ins.

The Eddie Bauer Adventure Club, Worldmark by Wyndham, is the outdoor brand's first step into hospitality — a new concept from Travel + Leisure Co. and Authentic Brands Group — and its debut location just opened in Moab, minutes from Arches and Canyonlands. Thirty-nine suites are built around a single idea: "Live Your Adventure." Kitchenettes, room to spread out, and gear-ready rooms made for the hike-bike-raft-repeat crowd. BRPH Orlando shaped the interiors to match — rugged, warm, and unmistakably tied to the red-rock country outside the window.
CF Kent built the casegoods across four room types, each with its own personality: warm ash headboards set against deep desert teal, tan quilted leather framed in blackened steel, and waterfall nightstands that hide a pull-out leather stool underneath like a secret pocket. Eleven custom wood finishes, no off-the-shelf shortcuts — every piece engineered to shrug off years of check-ins, checkouts, and dusty packs dropped on the nightstand.
The signature moment is the Gear Wall: solid wood paneling, a built-in bench, a row of heavy-duty hooks, and a custom-printed laminate splashed with bold Yeti artwork — part mudroom, part gallery, all built to hold your gear.
